1) An example of a great leader is someone who knows what they are doing in that type of position and is always on task. Not just anyone can be a great leader, because that kind of task is not for everyone. These people can lead our communities and share information that can motivate us to be who we believe in. People are inspired by great leaders because they look up to them for the words of inspiration. These words would be, "don't give up on your dreams", "never let anyone tell you otherwise". really motivational quotes like that.
ReplyDeleteI have been inspired by a leader to do my best, especially in school. I believe that my teachers are the people that motivate my success. My parents, too, are part of this, but I would not be able to succeed in school without my amazing, motivational teachers. I want to give a lot of credit to Mr. Nunley because he is such a great and inspirational teacher, I don't say this because this is his homework assignment, but I say this because he doesn't give up on any student and has a motivational aura. Without him, I would succumb to the school work and probably have bad grades. With him as my teacher, I keep my grades up and work hard not only in school but in my everyday life.
2) Some ways that leaders encourage others to get the most from their lives is to give them hope. You can't just give up if something seems hopeless. Let's say you want to nail that job interview for that expensive fancy company, but you're thinking of backing out because you believe that the other people are smarter. Having that type of mindset will not get you anywhere, and if we have leaders that remind us this, more and more people will want to succeed.
3) If I was elected president, my first order of business would be to get our country out of debt. I believe that we are $22 trillion in debt. This is because we as leaders and people in communities are carelessly spending money on fixing unnecessary problems. These problems include fixing roads or helping the wealthy. What we need to stop doing is sending so many soldiers to their deaths and be able to save more lives by stopping all of this war. Why can we not make peace? We can't make peace because we are selfish and believe that money can fix our problems.
4) No, I don't believe that the best candidates run for public office. This is because people who want power for the heck of it will run. A huge example of this is Donald Trump because he has no experience. He would want to be the commander in chief because he wants the power to make the country how he wants it, not considering what other people have to say.
5) In my opinion, I believe that poverty has a huge effect on a person's potential to succeed. There are people in neighborhoods that are full of money and send their children to these fancy schools. While this is happening, there are people that can't even go to school because of their situations. Money has given people more opportunities in life to the people that are living that type of lifestyle. Money runs our lives, and there seems to be no way to change that mindset. Someone, like us kids today, need to step up for what is right and show that everyone deserves an education or just the will to be able to succeed in life.

ReplyDeleteI've been inspired by many leaders in my life but the one that stood out the most was Tupac Shakur.Altough he didn't live long enough to actually change things he woke minds up thorugh his music.He rapped about the wrongs in our world.He wasn't like most rappers nowadays.His music had a meaning,he warned us about the system taking over way before it happpened.In one of his songs he talks about young black and latino boys being shot down by police.
2.Leaders can influence others by doing something that other's wont.By this I mean like make a movement for the better for those that been suffering.When leaders do something brave or something others won't do they tend to be looked upon on more often.
3.If I was elected president my first order of business would be to make this world a lot fairer for the people living in it no matter you're race or gender.I would make it to where every kid gets equal education no matter where they live.Another example is sometimes a man and women could have the same jobs and work the same hours but the man tends to get paid more for just simply being a male.I would also make college affordable for all.

1) Martin Luther King Jr. was a great leader. He made movements for equal rights and he inspired lots of people to take action for equal rights. People realized they weren't being treated the same as others and couldn't do much as they had little power, but Martin Luther King Jr. gave them hope and they all took action. Martin Luther King Jr. inspired me to take action when someone or something made me uncomfortable. He also inspired me I could make big changes to the things around me.

3) If I were elected president, I would make more and better schools for the poor and unprivileged kids. This'll teach and inform them the steps to making a better life for themselves and their families. More and more kids will learn and find better lives in the future.
4) I don't think the best candidates run for public office because they might not have the motivation or will to run. Maybe others will try to make them think they won't make a good position and this'll affect the candidate. The best candidates need someone or something to push them forward for running for public office.

Before they would be seemed as animals which is not a good thing because all humans are not just animals we have something special that animals don't have. They may be inspired by someone to change something perhaps a leader most like yes but when you are inspired. To be enjoyable and be the ones who make the change and change the outcome of how something comes out or ends up to it.
3. If i were elected president of my business i would make sure both women and men get paid equally. Its so unfair that men get paid more for the same job and perhaps the same quality to its not difference. Women should be treated also the same as men they shouldn't be seemed as if they cant do a "man" job as others would say. But their are many women that can do the same thing even better majority of the time.

I believe their can be because Trump is talking all this "trash" because he wants attention from people and racist people support it. Which is not good and how are you going to become president if your gonna be racist and 50% of the country isn't white.

Without these things people struggle to live and if you can barely provide this the chance of you being able to succeed are really low. 4) I actually think the opposite. I think the worst candidates run for public office. Specifically, in my opinion, the people who think that they are the best for public office end up being candidates. These are the racist people, the nonintellectual people, and the rude people. This is why our world has become worse instead of becoming better. The only people who come to power, or have it already, abuse it in the worst way possible.
5) In my opinion, poverty has a small effect on a person's potential to succeed. The way I see it, the environment around a person has no effect on them if they truly wish to succeed. Poverty could possibly stay in a person's life forever, but it depends on the person to chase after their dreams and work hard for it. 1. Great leaders, to put it simply, are able to lead. Great leaders like the president are able to lead, because not only are they respected in many manners, but they are able to control people, whether it be with respect, fairness or with an iron fist. Hitler, though his actions may have been in ill will, his ability to lead is something many leaders lack. He was able to not only control the nazis just to listen to them, but he was able to get them to kill another man. Not just one, but six million. Hitler got his followers to kill six million. His followers were inspired to follow him because of his propaganda. He was able to convince everyone to follow him because his beliefs were so... believable.
ReplyDelete2. Leaders can encourage others by leading by example. Whether it be charisma, the ability to display success, courage, encouragement, or by force, leaders are able to do what they do. The times they are overthrown is because either they didn't have enough rule, they made a poor decision and didn't realize the followers were that powerful, or they were taken over because the followers had no input into a decision that lead to the overtake.
3. If I were elected president (I can't simply have one thing I'd do first, and none of these will be instant) I would first, fix the crummy tax situation. Help out the poorer schools to provide better education to the poorer children. The military of the U.S. compared to every other country is 10% more expensive. The second highest, is 10 countries combined to form 20%. The fact that the military has about a quarter of U.S.'s funding is literally ridiculous. Second, I would get these million and billionaires to instead of donate and help and REALLY SUPPORT OUR COUNTRY to actually get them off their butts and quite literally support the country by going out of their way to make things better than they are. Sure, distribute their money to the schools and other things that need funding, but actually make sure there's a progressive sign of improvement. Not just drop and go, but monitor the school and ask how they're doing and just checking up to see if the money actually helped. Some of these millionaires have their feet kicked up and they're just accumulating revenue. Instead of that, they can use the smarts that got them to that situation to even out the chances of success in schools and the rest of their lives.
4. No. That's a joke. No single runner for office has been SUPER AMAZING WOW EVERYONE VOTE HIM/HER. Every single runner for office has either been better than the opposing runners or not as bad. The best people are probably as stated above just collecting revenue. The actually politically active people most likely have a better idea of running a country than someone who is afraid of being caught by fraud (which she pretty much already has) and buys votes to win the election.
5. Poverty has impacted people's success drastically. For some, it may be unable to get the proper funding in the school, not even themselves. Their able to survive decently with a roof over their head and a stomach full, but the school and teachers are suffering but believe in some kids who think of school as a means of mingling. The teachers are suffering because some kids don't think college and success mean anything. The teachers suffer because the children are living in the present and only think of what they're going to where tomorrow.
The people who truly aren't impacted by poverty are the poorest, but have the best work ethic. The students and families with the go for broke mentality. The till the day I die mentality. The ones who took the risk and became successful from getting out of their comfort zone.
1. A great example of a great leader is Paul walker. The reason why is that he wants to lead people to greatness he inspires people to be their best and to live there full potential. People live up to him for being great and for giving a great example of doing something kind for others. I have been inspired by many leaders but honestly, there's one that inspires me to do the most in high school and that's my sisters. She inspired me to graduate high school being the number rank which is willing to do and to get into a 4-year university.

You have to think bigger then what you usually do, you have to create an idea that will juice everybody up. This is a way that you can encourage others for them to live the most out of there lives just by doing something good.
3.My first order as president would be to raise taxes for the wealth and to stop the private tax system. This isn't fair for the rest of us, its just stating that rich people don't need to care about taxes because there not that high as the others. The reason why I would make that first decision would be to make it fair enough for the others.
4.In my opinion, I think that we can have better candidates to run for president. The reason why is because both people trying to run for president aren't thinking outside the box all there doing thinking of stuff that's not on the news yet. We need a president that thinks deeply and smart.

He was a gay rights activist in San Francisco in the sixties when this activism was new, and homosexuality was still considered a mental illness. I did a presentation on this man last year, and I've never been so passionate about a school project in my life. Harvey was told he couldn't be anything but a shop owner in on the side of town where gay prostitution was a main source of income, and discrimination on the christian side of town. But, Harvey began rallying, telling the people in his neighborhood that they didn't deserve to be treated differently, and got the idea to run for representative for San Francisco. He lost twice before he made it, and when he did, he did everything in his power to make his promises happen within the gay community. He was a voice not only for the city, but the LGBT community across America. This man inspired me to be passionate in everything I do, and hold nothing back. I refuse to be quiet, and I voice my opinions and note where there are injustices. I plan to make differences.

I cannot see a point as to why assault weapons need to be on the street, and putting "regulations" on them has done absolutely nothing. I would ask for more police training, as I know there are many more measures to take before shooting. The epidemic of shooting in America paired with systemic racism and profiling has grown to be too much, and banning guns would be a good start. I realize this is not realistic, as some areas are dangerous enough that some might feel it necessary to carry a gun, but we need to start somewhere, like in areas where there is a high population of gun carrying just for recreation.
4. The candidates who get to run for office are frankly cookie-cutter people. White, Christian, and generally upper class candidates are the main targets, and we've only very recently had our first black president, and possibly our first woman president. Donald Trump still uses this as an attack against Hillary Clinton, repeatedly saying she doesn't have enough "stamina" for the job. However, the important point here is that there is no diversity within this area of government, because the people running were once governors, senators, secretary of state, and in trump's case, reality stars/CEO's. This very clearly shows that within smaller government, the majority of is white, rich males. These people do not personally understand the challenges in our communities, and perhaps cannot make the best possible decisions for us.

ReplyDeleteI've been inspired by many leaders in my life but the one I'm inspired by is Tupac. Through his music so many people including me and my brothers minds were starting to notice common sense in life . Like in his song changes , he rapped how us people could make changes and how in a way Africans Americans were being treated unfairly. He wasn't like most rappers always rapping about girl and money he rapped about his life and how the system is. His music had a handful of meaningful messages.

The leader that I have been inspired to do my best was my parents and some teachers. Their have been many leaders who have inspired me. I think the best leader who inspired me was Tupac. 3. If I was elected president my first order of business would be that minimum wage for everyone all people has to be twenty dollars per hour. Another thing would be to give women equal rights because we are just the same as men. I would also make no people have guns or any weapons only the military people who are at war can have them. Another thing I would do is let immigrants have the same rights as Americans do. The last thing I would do is actually make america a free country. What I mean by that is stop having slaves because like Mr. Nunley said people who are in jail are basically slaves since they get punished and they are not free. Also we need to fix the constitution to make the world a better place.
4. no, I don't believe that the best candidates run for office only some of them . For example why is Donald trump running for office if he discriminates people and he does much more other things that people don't like. And he doesn't even have political experience. He only is a business man who is rich and whats to have all the power he can get. Another reason why I think there are no good candidates who run for office is because if there were good candidates who run for office there would be mo racism, gun violence, or wars/ terrorism attacks.

I think this because if the people are poor then they don't have any money to buy their books, pencils, and all their school supplies. Then when they grow up people wont want to hire them because they will think they don't have the ability to do the job. Also they may think that they are not smart enough for the job. Also poverty makes people die earlier because they are not having the nutrients and food they need because they cant buy it. Another thing is that people in poverty can catch diseases more faster than others and they cant treat it because they wont be able to afford the medicine and then they wont be able to succeed. The last thing is that since a lot of people in poverty end up in the streets and they are not able to make money to they steal stuff in order to survive. But then this turns them into a criminal and then they cant be successful.

1. Leaders help and motivate people. Leaders inspire people to do there best. People are inspired by leaders because they area good example to follow. They show you how far you can get. I have been inspired by a leader to do my bets in third grade. In third grade i didn't know how to read at all but my third grade teacher inspired me to not listen what people would say and to get better at reading. By the end of the school year I learned how to read better then the people who said I would never learn how to read and at the very end of the school year I was student of the year for giving it all that I had.

5. In my opinion, I believe that there is a huge problem with a person's potential to succeed when they're. The person might not be able to succeed when they're focusing on what they need for living. A part of being able to succeed is that you must be able to go to school and be able to get and education, but not many people can when they don't have the money for school.
1. A great leader does their best to make sure everyone is secure and doing well. It is the leader's job to be the great example, the one that everyone wants to become. People are inspired by such great leaders because they want t work as hard as them to become successful. Some leaders are only a leader just to have power and be corrupt, but the great leaders, the ones who hear everyone out, are there to truly help and truly lead their group.
ReplyDeleteA leader I've been inspired by is by one of my teachers back in 7th grade. They taught me to strive for the best that's in me. They have inspired me because they are a great example themselves. They lead many students to achieve their best. They were always there to keep pushing us and to make sure we were on the right path. To this day, I still live by most of his ways and teachings.
2. Leaders, usually, have great power in words. They tell you to do your best and tell you to strive for your goals. Leaders are not there to carry you all the way, but they are there to guide you and correct you if need be. People are more motivated when they have someone that they respect and trust in.

5. Poverty does have an effect in someone's potential to succeed. In this world, money is everything. While I may not agree with it, but if you don't have money, people will ignore you. Nowadays, what most people want is money. Money to help them, money to secure them, money to calm them. People who want to be successful, who have the potential cannot advance because of how powerful money can be. Money is a great barrier between success and you.
1- A great leader that I would consider is Martin Luther King because he inspired many people be successful. One example of him was when he made a speech that inspired many people. People are inspired by him because he wanted to make the nation a better place. I have been inspired to do my best because I want to change my life to make it better. To make my life better, I have to make goals and achieve it. He inspires many people because he wanted to change their lives.

That will change their lives because they want it to be important and successful. Leaders can also encourage others by persuading them to do something different from what they usually do. If I was a leader, I would persuade others to do something different than they normally do.
3- If I was elected as president, my first order of business would be helping people that are having problems in their lives. There are many people in the world have problems in their lives. The only way to help people that are dealing with problems in life is to help to change their lives. Helping others will encourage others to be successful in life. My goal as an elective president is to help and encourage other people to make their life successful.
4- I think that there are the worst candidates running for the office because they want to change things up and many people doesn't want that. I think that because these candidates now maybe can cause a war. Some of their plans is crazy according to people. If there were better candidates they would make an easy plan that everyone would think it would make sense.
5- The effect that poverty have on a person's potential to succeed is to change your lifestyle. You can change your lifestyle by poverty because in your life you can make your own changes. Many people have poverty in their lives. The potential to succeed is to make sure that you are doing your best in life.

People get inspired by them because they always stay on task and they see that they are being successful and they want to be living the same way as them so that's why they get inspired by them because they see they are doing to right thing. i have been inspired by a leader when i would say i will never be able to become something in life but i notice just because some of my family didn't get to become what they wanted doesn't mean i have to follow the same way i saw that my uncle didn't live a good live he sometimes couldn't afford stuff when he was younger but he would study every single night He to college he got a degree and now he is a engineer. So that really did inspire me to do my best and that i could become something in life.

3)to stop wasting money on bombs. Because we wont have enough money because they are just wasting it on bombs. And killing people for no reason so might as well just so wasting money on nothing.
4) I think that best candidate should run for the office because then they could do the best choices and chose something that won't be wasting our money so fast.
Because now a days our money is going away by fast on stuff we don't need. For example like I said they keep wasting it on bombs that are not necessary.

That would be my first order of business because some schools don't have a lot of things like textbooks, computers, and other school essentials. I would give the schools that don't have a lot extra money so they can go on field trips to museums or libraries to learn more about stuff.

3.If I were president my first order of business would be to try and make every single person in america a legal citizen all Latinos, Asians, everyone a legal citizen or I would build schools for the poor or less fortunate.

You can't be a lazy leader when your a leader because your supposed to be someone who people look up to . Accepts people for who they are , because once you start being a leader there's a lot of requirements. People are inspired by leaders because they have something that nobody else has , but in a good way which determines people to be the best and leaders are always supposed to tell everyone to be and do the best in everything. I been inspired by a leader , my mom she always tells me I can't be lazy in anything and I always have to try even when it's hard because how am i supposed to learn how to do anything the right way if I don't try ? She also tells me that I can' t wait for anything because if I do it might be to late to go back and try it again. And my mom works very hard to take care of me even at work she's a hard worker and I will always want to be like my mom she's my role model.
2) I think a leader can encourage others by telling them it's going to be okay . Even when it's hard you should never give up because when you do that only shows that you can't take whatever challenges come in your life . And they should know people is counting on them so why give up ? When all your help is in front of you . You just need the courage for yourself and believe in yourself no matter what and don't ever say you can't do it because everyone is capable of doing anything they want.
3) If I was elected president my first order would be to stop racism because we should be able to get he same treatment as everyone else and everyone's equal we are all humans so we should be treated with respect. Another order would be to help people that is trying to go to school , pay for tuition and everything that they need because we all go through stuff and money may be a little tight and it might not be because of the students fault . Also to make gangs illegal because most of the killings are gang related and we need to keep young and old women and men off the streets causing trouble . I feel like having a safe place for everyone to be themselves and not get judged or hurt is the number 1 priority . And to give everyone an education are the biggest of my concerns .
4) I don't think the best candidates are running because they both better plans than the other and the both have worst plans for the world . And there isn't any telling what can happen the decisions that they choose might make some people angry and some happy . We just want someone who will represent us as people well and not make unbelievable or stupid choices . Because it's not all about them it's about US . As a team we should all be on the same page when it comes to certain ideas or changes because if it becomes different we will get riots and disagreements and arguments and our would would just be ruined because one person wasn't on the same page as everyone else .
5)I believe that there is a problem with someone's potential to succeed . Maybe they are busy doing something else that's why we need money . What if they have a career on the side from school. They might not get payed the fullest . We need a fund for people in school because you never know they might no be able to muti-task so not everyone can do it but they have to for the sake of there family .

I believe that because people only vote for the people that they would benefit from and not what everyone would benefit from. That would be a problem because only a certain amount of people will have power and the other people won't.

ReplyDelete1) An example of a great leader is Malcolm x. Malcolm is a leader that wanted to abolish racism by using violence toward the whites. He was mainly interdependent in his work since he was thinking about what he thought not what anyone else thought toward what he has gone through as a child A lot of people were inspired by him because he gave incredibly intelligent and reasonable speeches about what was happening in the world and that we the people had to stop it. They were also inspired by him since he made a huge change in his life because he decided to make himself educated and join a group that wanted to abolish slavery as well. A leader that inspired me to do my best is E.T because he makes videos telling people how they can succeed and progress. He even said a quote I have remembered that meant something to me 'If want to succeed as much as you want to breath, then you will succeed'. That quote is telling me to do my very best in what I love to do and not waste even a second. Another person I have been inspired by is Christopher chann because he is an unbelievably great skateboarder and he aims to have fun everyday through his you tube videos. This wants me also to make a skate channel and show people how I will progress to my dream of becoming a professional skater.
