2) To summarize the quote, it is saying that love is way different than that friendship you used to have. It requires dedication and trust. Without these factors, love can't be present. To summarize the video, it is saying that you can't buy love, you have to earn it. Love isn't just something that you can get in the snap of a finger, you need to work for it and it will come to you.

Life will make this difficult because of school or work, and trying to juggle this all at once. Love is what everyone strives to get, or have the perfect relationship, but there are the small problems that we tend to overlook. Small problems would include forgetting to call, because they like to hear your voice. It sounds cheesy, but it's also the little things that count in love/in a relationship.
4) The video and the quote are similar because they are both talking about the importance if you want to keep love present. It's not easy like being able to count to 100. You have to always put trust in one another, and without being able to do this, you will find yourself out of love and quickly. The woman had not liked that and left because she did not feel like it was true love. The quote talks about the reasons that love is friendship but on fire. That all of these factors need to be present in order to have continuous trust and love.
5) This matters because a majority of people in the world that are looking for relationships and love will often overlook the "rules' and will not come to term with. This would include being unfaithful, and untrustworthy, or never being in a relationship because of your past. It sounds kind of dark but one thing can lead to another and BAM, there goes your relationship. Little things are overlooked and the true factors to a relationship can be and are often ignored. A true relationship with your partner is when you can both put your trust in one another, and you will be set.
I can apply the principles from this message to make my life better by not overlooking everything. I tend to get nervous when I receive attention, so if I can't trust that person, it will not go well. I have had this happen to me before, and it feels like you just want to die on the spot. This could mean either relationships or for me, just speaking in front of large groups of people. I''m a nervous wreck, but I don't show it to seem confident and trustworthy. By doing this, a lot of my friends put their trust in me and I can feel trustworthy because they are real friends. In this instance for the video, if I ever have a boyfriend or husband later on in my life, they have to be able to trust me and vice versa. Trust is the number one factor for successful and failing relationships. It is very important, and this is a reason that I like befriend people that I can trust.

I can apply this to my life because in the past I have had problems with girls.Some problems started over something so little,so obviusly we didn't "love" eachother if we let a little problem get inbetween us.If I really want to be with a girl I can't rush anything and I have to take the time to get to know her.In life when you meet a cute girl you might ask her out before you even get to know her and then later on in the relationship you will realize that you don't really like her.All these problems come from rushing relationships or simply just not getting along.

It also says how people in love always go through everything together, and stay loyal with each other. It means that love is not meant to be taken lightly by anyone. They differ because the quote is saying the whole basis of love, while the video goes more in depth of the specific things that go into love. They never stay with one person and devote to them, and I feel that is not right.
I can apply these concepts to my life because like my age group, i am starting to go out and experience love in a more depth way. Even though we are capable of maintaining a relationship, there are some of us that simply can't or don't know how. I also have a lot to learn about love and the video and quote give me a good basis of understanding. I will admit that I have been hurt by love before, and that should be normal, like to many others. I am still young and have a lot to learn more about love to fully understand it.

Most people are not loyal and they start talking to other people even if they are dating someone else. I can easily apply this to my life, using these general ideas to apply to future relationships. I don't have a single idea when they might come up, but I know that the same concepts apply to every person. Honesty has always been extremely important to me in every friendship, and when shown dishonesty, I consider it betrayal to the friendship. Choosing your actions carefully and considering yourself and your partner helps to keep the relationship stable and shows caring. Giving the person every bit of your true personality leads to an honest and loyal relationship that can be healthy and content.

I can apply these principles to life, when I'm in a relationship, and to learn from my past. Common occurrences that I've noticed and happen all the time, is only one person is ever really benefiting from the relationship and that's never good. Either one person is being forced to do something uncomfortable to them, or they're being rushed by either peer pressure or by the s.o. Something that I've learned from my friends' and own experiences, is that you have to REALLY try to fix it once, and if it doesn't work out, then you dip. If they don't want to be with you, and you're kinda forcing them to, though it may hurt, it'll stop you from wasting a whole lot of time.
