I hope this finds you all in good sprits and health. This week we are going to work on building "Our Perfect House." We will be working with Google Slides and realtor.com. ALL of the houses we will be using will come from realtor.com.
As we focus on the work, I want you to continue to think about the person you are evolving into, the life you want to create for yourself in the future, and the type of leader you are becoming. Continue to focus on creating a life you will be proud of now and in the future.
Please continue to make up missing assignments. We are getting close, but the game isn't over yet.

Eric Thomas ends with saying, "fight, because history is on the other side.", encouraging those watching to keep working hard for their ultimate goal. There is also a quote shown on screen, said by Marcus Aurelius: "You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.", helping enforce the message of bettering yourself rather than trying to change things you can't. The other quote said by JFK relates strongly to the video, also pushing the message of working and learning as you lead the way to your ideal future.
4. I think I am a failure avoider, because I hate making mistakes and work hard to make things perfect. I see my grades as a reflection of my future, so being sure to keep them up gives me a sense of peace because I have once again come one step farther from failure.

I believe the word that best describes the qualities that are absolutely necessary for someone to be an effective leader is trustworthy. If someone has a shady background and tries to take charge, it will be hard for anyone to put their trust into them because of what they have done. *cough* Trump *cough*. Without this quality, being a leader, or trying to be in a position of power/leadership will be 10x more difficult than if you were well known for the quality of being able to be trusted and being able to get the work done with people knowing it will be high quality. It's hard to explain without saying the same thing over and over again, but being trustworthy is important if you want to be successful in life.
6) In my opinion, for somebody to be able to be a leader, a number one quality is attitude. While in a position of power, trouble is always bound to be present. It doesn't matter if you are the "smartest" person or the "dumbest" person, trouble will always find a way into a position of power. A leader that wants people to look up to them can't have the attitude of a millennial as you need a mature mind to be able to get the job done. One thing that needs to be accepted is that people aren't always going to agree with what they have to say, but the leader is going to have to move on anyway. Also, they shouldn't block out the opinions of others, but if they strongly feel that someone is right, a leader should always go with their gut and have a responsible and mature attitude, as fighting back and refusing to work together will only cause conflict and get them no where in the future. The success of the leader in their personal life is also as important as their public life because they need to be able to lead and be an example for others, but should not have anything that is detaining them from succeeding.

Even if their plan fails, or the people they are leading are starting to lost their loyalty, the leader keeps everything in order and they do not crack. The leader will continue on with what they have and make it successful still. That ability is very useful, as this means that once you fail, you can always keep going with what you have and make it work. Leaders like this also set an example to other people. It shows that the leader knows what he is doing and knows what can be done as well.
2) The video and the quote are similar when they say you cant give up now you have to keep fighting for what you want you cant just lay around and wait you have to look into the future and think what you want. You have to fight back for what you want you cant just walk away from them. What they have different is that the video says that when strong people have no more strength they still fight for what they want.But the weak ones just give up and later they don't have a good future ahead of them. And what the quote says is that they have to stop slacking off and think about the past and present because then later you wont have no plans for the future.

You have to fight for what you want for the future. Also if you don't give up them you could beat it. also how the video says "you have power over your mind- not outside events. they have to stop slacking off and think about the past and present because then later you wont have no plans for the future. And also realize this and you will find strength." Some of us just have to stop giving up and start trying because then later it will just effect us in the future.
4) i believe i a success achiever because i just sometimes don't give up on what i want and just try my best and keep fighting for it. i don't like to give up sometimes because then later it just effects me in the future and then later wish i could go back and keep trying and that i should have never given up because now i will have to deal with the consequences.
5) i feel like it would be a leader because its someone that knows what they're doing and doesn't just pretend not to so i feel like that person would help people to be more successful. i would want a leader to help me when i need help and when i am having difficult in some stuff. So later in life i would be able to be a leader too.
6) A leader needs to know how to tech others so then later they could be one too. it could really help them in the future. So leaders need to know how to tech others and they also have to be experts in what they do. Then later we could have many leaders in this world and we wont struggle as much.

Don't give up just because you think its hard and you can't do it. You have what it takes you just have to fight hard and be strong.
4. I consider myself as a success achiever because I fight the obstacles in my life. I want to be successful in life and I sometimes make mistakes. When I make the wrong decisions, I learn from my mistakes.
5. Among the words that first came to my mind when i hear the word "leadership" the qualities that are absolutely necessary for someone to be an effective leader are inspiration, passion, and focus. Other qualities that I know of are confidence, integrity, patience, and innovation.
6. In my opinion the most important quality of a leader is passion. I think passion is the most important quality of a leader because passion is the key of inspiration. When someone is inspired they could do something amazing. For example, lets say if someone wants to start some sort of company of there own, if the person has the passion they will accomplish there desire.

Another example is when E.T tells the viewer more inspirational words than the quote when E.T states "If you don't give up and fight back you will win". ReplyDelete3. To summarize the video it talks about giving your best an being a warrior. To explain more it says to give 120 percent everyday, fight your way through, and don't give up. It is inspiring the viewer to aim toward there goal and to keep on fighting for it. To summarize the quote is states that people who look back on the past and stay in the present will miss the future. This means that people who care too much about what happened to them in the past will just have them stuck in the same place with no progression.
4. I believe I am in between the success achiever and failure avoider. Because I aim for the success but when I know that I am not prepared for something I will avoid it (failure).
5. I believe that a leader is someone that is able to help others go the right way in life and be able to guide others from disaster. A second way to describe a leader is a person that makes rational decisions so everyone on the team is up beat and helpful.
6. The best quality in a leader is someone that can make decisions that benefit everyone. Such as being in a tight place and need a solution, the leader should be able to know a great solution. A leader will also be someone that their followers will be able to go to in troubled times. The leader should make these decisions with great thought but is able to do so in a tight squeeze.
